DCFR with AMTwin and ePredict
Analysis of interdependencies between micro structure
and system reliability
The Dresden Center for Fatigue and Reliability (DCFR) is a network of research Period
and industrial partners with the aim of linking the distributed interdisciplinary 01.08.2019 – 30.06.2022
competences in the fields of materials, structural mechanics and electronic
systems to a holistic approach about reliability of modern materials and sys- Project Director

projects, which are funded from taxpayers’ money on the basis of the budget
passed by the members of the Saxon state parliament and from money from Contact Person
the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). At the ILK, the focus in Dr.-Ing. Ilja Koch
